The World War from the last millennium brought a new order to the world. With nations losing their binding powers, people's identity is now defined by city and organization they belong to. The borderless world, now without threat of economic or ethnic conflicts, seemed to have achieved long sought for peace-or so they thought.
Kai is a psychic working for a special law enforcement organization called Ashurum. His relationship with Ashurum however begins to change when he gets heavily injured in a counter guerilla operation where he is rescued by Asuka who reveals the shocking truth-psychics are resented and feared by non-psychics. As Kai learns more about Ashurum and their dark devise, he finds himself entangled in a deadly battle that, if he fails, could put an end to the human race. Set in futuristic Japan, E'S OTHERWISE is a Sci-Fi adventure that depicts a war between the controlled society and individuals who are willing to defy the established system.
