Long ago, a war broke out between the forces of Light and Darkness. The war was finally put to an end by “Seven Soldiers of Light”. Over the years, the Soldiers' powers were passed down from generation to generation without anyone's knowledge…

The story begins when Shu and Kluke's village is suddenly attacked by an evil king. Zola, a mysterious Shadow wielder and her apprentice Jiro witness Shu unleash his hidden power and summon his Shadow-Blue Dragon. Zola tells about the Shadow powers and the history behind it. Shu and Kluke decide to join Zola on her journey to find the remaining Warriors of Light scions and to save the world from forces of Darkness.
