Grotesque monsters known as Impurities reside in a realm parallel to the present day. Exorcists purify the Impurities to protect the people. Rokuro and Benito receive the title of “Twin Star Exorcists” - the name bestowed upon married exorcists. The two find themselves wrapped up in battles together to expel the Impurities.
